At The Vocal Minority, we believe in the power of collective action to drive meaningful change. Our mission is to amplify underrepresented voices, challenge injustice, and inspire communities to take action for a fairer and more inclusive future
About US – The Vocal Minority
Do you want to make a difference in the world and be heard, we do! Here at the Vocal Minority our aim is to promote individual philanthropy in Australia and New Zealand as well to drive lasting change by influencing government policy to improve outcomes across the board.
We are a group of like-minded individuals with a background in the Not-for-Profit sector, and we want to effect lasting change, and we need your help!
Your support can make a difference. Here at the Vocal Minority we will be running polls, petitions, and surveys to help you make a difference to the issues you care about the most.
What can you do to help?
Sign a petition – we will have a rolling set of petitions on our site, covering the most relevant topics in the Charity space.
Support a charity appeal – we will regularly post the latest appeals posted by charities across Australia.
Suggest a topic that’s close to your heart that we can get behind. We have a feedback form and a Facebook page where you can send them straight to us.
Join our Facebook community and our email newsletter.

How does VM make money?
The content you will see on our site relates to charities, the work they do, what impact that work has and philanthropy in general. In some cases, charities will pay us a fee to feature and advertise their petition/poll or content.
Is The Vocal Minority charity?
No. The Vocal Minority is a not a charitable organisation, we are a social enterprise with an aim of promoting philanthropy and increasing awareness of charitable causes.
Can I make a donation to The Vocal Minority?
No. If you would like to make a donation to any of the charities or causes that are on our site or that we promote please make donations directly to those organisations/causes.
Is The Vocal Minority linked to any political party?
No, we are a non-political organisation.
